Refund policy

 

Eyvie Rose does not currently offer refunds or exchanges for any change of mind or wrong sizes (Please make sure to choose your item carefully or email us at Eyvierose@gmail.com with any questions) 

We are only able to offer a full refund if an item is faulty - if this does occur please email us within 14 days of receipt of purchase with an image of the fault along with your Order Number to eyvierose@gmail.com for further review.

The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. 

We do not do refunds, exchanges or credit notes on sale items or clearance items. 

Please note that as we are a small business delivery costs will not be refunded.
